Hi there. Sorry no airconditioning but it is never really hot in Amsterdam. I have fans next to the beds for airflow if it gets hot… I hope this helps.

Hi there, my apartment is on the first floor. There are stairs (around 12 steps) in the communal hallway. And then after my front door there are 7 more steps. The studio itself is one floor. I hope this information is helpful. Warm wishes Flo.

Well equipped artist's loft in a perfect location
Lovely flat with many creative details. This is an unusual place and we loved it. Nice shower room, well equipped kitchen, quality bedding. Flo was a great host and the location is perfect, many restaurants and bars in walking distance.
The sleeping arrangements are a 4 bunk beds and a double in a cabin-like room off the kitchen. All very comfortable but maybe not for those looking for a more traditional accommodation.

Wonderful
Loads of space and very clean. Flo was really helpful at check in and also when we thought we might have left something behind! The location was perfect for us and the beds were extremely comfortable. The shower was amazing!
Bathroom door has warped and was hard to close but Flo pointed that out when we arrived. We did hear a bit of noise from Flo's own apartment but that was actually rather nice as it felt like we had someone there if needed but had our own space.

We would stay at this apartment again because of the comfort and location.
Our host was very friendly and responsive to all of our questions. The apartment was bright and airy and fully stocked. Very comfortable. The location was great for walking to several popular sites in Amsterdam.
I cannot think of any improvements needed.

Amsterdam vibe
Flo was there to greet us upon arrival. She showed us around the place and provided a lot of things to do around the area. Loved how spacious the place was. Location was amazing. Not too far from the district and when you're done partying, you get to come back to the peaceful side of things lol.
No complaints.
